We have an opening for Sales Coordinator with Indiana Gratings Pvt Ltd at Mumbai (Marol) Location.

Qualification : Graduate

Job description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Offer follow up with client and updating the status in tally system.
• Invoice payment follow up.
• Expired BG Follow up / EMD follow up.
• Preparing Mipo ( manufacturing Indent Purchase Order ) and uploading it in our CRM portal.
• Coordinating with the factory concern for getting the manufacturing status updates.
• Coordinating with accounts / finance team for any finance related discrepancies.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Person must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.

2. Due to the volume of communication that will be required with clients, Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills.

3. MIS reporting

4. Knowledge of Tally and Excel.
