About the Role
We're seeking a highly sincere, analytical, and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow one of India's most recognized brands in Holi colors, water guns, and festive products — while expanding aggressively into the USA market .
You'll be the driving force behind our marketplace performance — ensuring consistent sales growth, ad efficiency, and ROI control across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management :
- Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms. Oversee listings, pricing, content optimization, and ranking performance.
- Growth & Advertising :
- Create, monitor, and scale paid advertising campaigns. Follow a disciplined growth cycle :
- Drive growth →
- Control ROAS →
- Scale again →
- Re-optimize for efficiency.
- US Market Expansion :
- Lead product listings and ad campaigns for the USA market (Amazon.com and others). Coordinate with logistics and branding teams for export growth.
- Vendor Management :
- Maintain direct contact with E-Trade and Electronic Smart Bazar for Amazon vendor operations.
- Performance Tracking :
- Analyze daily sales, ad metrics, and ROAS. Generate reports and propose data-driven improvements.
- Coordination :
- Work closely with creative, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product launches, stock syncs, and brand consistency.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or ads management.Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, keyword research, and listing optimization.Analytical mindset with comfort using data dashboards and Excel.A self-driven attitude — someone who takes ownership, stays accountable, and grows with the brand.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Why Join Us
