About the Role

Ridhira Group is expanding its hospitality and wellness verticals with multiple luxury hotel and resort pre-opening projects . We are seeking a Head of Human Resources with exclusive experience in the hotel industry to lead mass and leadership hiring for pre-opening operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of setting up complete talent frameworks for new hotel / resort openings , with strong experience across rooms division, F&B, culinary, spa / wellness, engineering, sales & marketing, and corporate hotel functions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Hiring Leadership

• Develop and execute a pre-opening manpower plan for new luxury hotels and resorts.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical, corporate, and leadership positions in hospitality.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Operations, and Owners to define hiring timelines and go-live readiness.
