Manager, Data & Analytics - Business Intelligence

Job Description

RSM is seeking an experienced Manager Data Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead high impact BI and analytics projects, manage multi-skilled teams, and drive innovation in client solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and consulting skills with deep expertise in Microsoft Data Stack, Snowflake, BI platforms, AI-enhanced analytics You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of enterprise BI and analytics solutions, ensuring clients maximize the value of their data through actionable insights, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows. This role also involves contributing to business development, presales activities, and practice Delivery & Leadership

• Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI and analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Power BI) , Snowflake , and other modern analytics platforms.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and alignment with client objectives.
• Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for BI solution design, data governance, and security.
• Oversee the development of reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Basic Qualifications :

Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
