Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of BI professionals responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Own the administration and governance of the Power BI platform, including workspace management, user access, dataset refreshes, and performance tuning.
• Ensure all business logic and data transformations are centralized in Snowflake, promoting consistency, scalability, and reusability.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to align with data ingestion pipelines from AWS S3 into Snowflake, and eventually into Power BI ensuring data availability and quality.
• Partner with US-based analytics leaders and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Standardize reporting templates, visualizations, and data models across business functions to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Promote best practices in data storytelling, enabling business users to derive actionable insights from dashboards.
• Monitor platform usage, performance, and adoption metrics to continuously improve BI delivery and impact.
• Document technical processes, data flows, and platform configurations to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing.
