Consulting Manager - Intelligence & Insights (GenAI)

Job Description

As an Intelligence & Insights Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our Talent & Organization practice, using Generative AI (GenAI) to solve our clients' most pressing challenges. Your role is a dynamic blend of technical innovation, strategic client engagement, and project leadership.

Core Responsibilities -

• Pioneer GenAI Solutions : You will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge, data-driven GenAI solutions, frameworks, and products to transform talent and organizational strategies.
• Strategic Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their challenges and tailoring GenAI solutions that directly address their unique Talent & Organization needs.
• Drive Business Growth : Lead key business development activities, including crafting compelling responses to RFPs and showcasing the transformative power of GenAI to win new business.
• Lead End-to-End Projects : Take ownership of project delivery, from initial scope definition to final execution. You will manage timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project completion.
• Build Lasting Relationships : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and identify opportunities for continuous business growth.
• Shape the Future of the Practice : Actively contribute to the growth and development of our T&O practice by sharing expertise, refining methodologies, and helping to build a forward-thinking culture.
