Head - Inside Sales

The Head – Inside Sales will lead and manage the global inside sales team, driving outbound lead generation, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance Aranca's strategic positioning and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 25+ Inside Sales representatives globally.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing accounts in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
• Drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts through structured prospecting, social media engagement, and new-age technologies.
• Oversee pipeline management to ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Implement dashboards and reporting metrics to provide data-driven insights.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the Inside Sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Manage pre-sales support , including email / tele-calling / direct mail campaigns, prospect list development, and opportunity creation.
• Conduct performance evaluations, call monitoring, and feedback sessions to optimize sales effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through structured performance metrics.
