    This is a rare and excellent opportunity to head North East region of our established USA Executive search firm. Ideal for an experienced sales driven person who likes performance-based incentives and wants to be visible in our reputable firm, and have a direct impact in a fast paced, challenging environment.

    Summary :

    As an Associate Account Manager you will be working closely with Senior Account Managers to source and place the best candidates for open job orders to our clients. This provides the learning experience necessary to build a strong foundation of knowledge for your future career with BRIGHTPATH. You will initially join the team as an Associate Account Manager and then advance into a career path ultimately leading to an Account Manager role.

    The Associate Account Manager role acquires new clients by building effective business relationships and selling BRIGHTPATH’s Executive search services, focusing on business development activities as well as source and screen candidates via indirect and direct recruitment techniques. The Associate Account Manager will work in a fast-paced team environment that requires tenacity, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and an ongoing desire to grow professionally.

    We will take on the mission together for you to become a success by aligning you with some of the best talent and mentors the business has to offer. The Associate Account Manager position is the first step in a career path that will prepare you to become an Account Manager at BRIGHTPATH.

    This Associate Account Manager opportunity will teach you :

    1. Sell Executive search services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities.

    2. Develop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and your specified geographic region.

    3. Identify client's staffing needs and provide staffing solutions by utilizing a consultative sales approach.

    4. Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

    5. Utilize various channels of candidate sourcing through internet job boards, referrals, internet resources and direct recruitment methods.

    6. Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.

    7. Create and organize job postings schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates.

    Qualifications :

    1. 2 + years’ work experience in Staffing industry or IT / ITES sales (inside or outside sales) and looking to continue a career in sales.

    2. Are available for work from home with own Laptop.

    3. Have relevant skills and interests to pursue career in USA staffing and recruitment industry.

    4.Have proven experience working with the phones and other recruiting tools to source active and passive candidates.

    5.Have dedicated work space that is quiet and free from outside distractions, a high-speed internet connection, and means to attend meeting / trainings via phone / computer.
