Job description

Key Deliverables :

Drive execution of regional Global Mobility Services (GMS) programs and align with global standards.
Implement and support Project Assignment Mobility (PAM) strategies across regions and projects.
Ensure legal, tax, payroll, and immigration compliance for all mobility cases.
Manage vendor relationships and measure mobility service performance via metrics and customer feedback.

Role Responsibilities :

Provide strategic and operational mobility guidance to HR, business, and regional leaders.

Coordinate and align mobility practices across high-growth regions and business units.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure compliant and cost-effective assignments.

Monitor and report GMS performance, identify improvement areas using data and VOC.
