Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced General Manager Marketing & Sales to lead our Domestic Marketing, International Marketing, Sales, and Estimation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep OEM exposure, and proven success in developing new business for precision machined components.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead domestic and international marketing strategy to drive business growth.
- Manage complete cycle : lead generation, RFQ handling, costing, proposals, negotiation, and order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers (TAFE, Caterpillar, Komatsu, KONE, Siemens, Ashok Leyland, etc.).
- Oversee estimation & costing for machined components and project developments.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for project execution.
- Participate in strategic planning for revenue targets, capability expansion, and market diversification.
- Ensure pricing accuracy, margin optimization, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical or Production Engineering (MBA Marketing preferred).15–20 years of experience in marketing / sales / business development in precision machining, auto components, or heavy engineering .Strong understanding of machining processes, engineering drawings, costing, and OEM supply-chain requirements.Experience managing large OEM accounts (domestic & international).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Willingness to travel within India and overseas.What We Offer :
