We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate F&B operations at Nirvana Sarovar Portico, Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations from reputed hotels, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.

Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.

Drive revenue through innovative promotions, cost control, and upselling strategies.

Coordinate with culinary and other departments for seamless service delivery.

Liaison with other departments to ensure efficient intra-departmental work environment.

Requirements :

Proven experience of 10+ years with reputed 4 / 5-star hotels.

Excellent communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and guest service protocols.

Excellent knowledge and skills for F&B service.
