Job Description : -
- Plan, organize, and supervise banquet events, meetings, and special functions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menus, layouts, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Inspect banquet rooms before events to ensure cleanliness, setup, and readiness.
- Monitor food and beverage service during events, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Control costs and minimize waste while maintaining service quality.
- Achieve banquet sales targets through proactive client acquisition and upselling.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare event proposals, and finalize bookings.
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams for flawless event execution.
- Supervise banquet setup, service flow, and guest satisfaction during events.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of events.
- Train and guide banquet staff for high-quality service delivery.
