Sr. Executive - HR (Corporate Kitchen)

About the Sr. HR Executive – Corporate Kitchen :

The given role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR and operational activities of the corporate kitchen, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance, and employee satisfaction. This role requires balancing HR functions with coordination of kitchen staff and service delivery to ensure seamless cafeteria operations for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles (culinary, service, support staff).

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Prepare and maintain job descriptions and hiring documents.

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.

Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee information.

Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required (e.g., employment verification, warnings, memos).

3. Payroll & Attendance Support

Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and overtime records.

Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing and related documentation.

Resolve payroll-related queries from employees.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.

Help resolve employee grievances and support positive work culture initiatives.

Conduct employee feedback sessions and exit interviews.

5. HR Compliance & Policy Support

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Support health and safety initiatives and maintain records of compliance.

Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures across departments.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 - 6 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or food service industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Highly organized with attention to detail and confidentiality.
