Experience : 8 - 11 years in growth, marketing, or product roles with 3+ years relevant experience in a leadership position (e.g., Head / VP / AVP) within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in FinTech or Lending Tech.
Skills Required :
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketing Automation and CRM platforms).
- Expertise in A / B testing, conversion rate optimization and growth hacking methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the Indian FinTech / BFSI landscape is highly desirable.
Roles and & Conversion :
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients in the BFSI / NBFC sector.Optimize end-to-end growth funnels for user acquisition and activation of our Lending Tech products (e.g., goOriginate, goCollect).Lead targeted marketing campaigns across B2B channels, including content, SEO / SEM, email, and performance marketing, with a focus on media planning and spends.Retention & Engagement :
Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention for our Lending Tech products.Utilize data to understand user behavior and identify retention opportunities.Growth Planning & Execution :
Build and execute a holistic, data-driven growth plan aligned with business objectives.Identify key growth levers across product, marketing, sales, and partnerships.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve ambitious growth targets.Marketing & Growth Leadership :
