Job descriptionDeliver compelling sales pitches, addressing client needs and resolving objections effectively. Oversee seamless customer onboarding, ensuring a positive transition to Convogenie.ai services. Conduct tailored product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI for potential clients. Provide technical support during demonstrations to instil client confidence and gather valuable feedback. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for innovation and growth. Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely support and issue resolution. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Present insights and recommendations to the management team to optimize strategies. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus). 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development. Strong understanding of digital marketing, IT solutions, or SaaS platforms. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Candidates from Mysore only or willing to relocate to Mysore

Role : Business Development Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to spearhead our growth efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mysore, India, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation while building meaningful relationships with clients.
