Drive 70% of the revenue through Organic Channels by 2027

Roles and Responsibilities :

The AVP Marketing for Organic Growth is a key role in the next phase of growth for PlanetSpark. The role is an entrepreneurial position that combines creative thinking with operational excellence. The incumbent will work closely with the Co-founders.

Key responsibilities include :

1) YouTube and Instargram Studios

• Set up 15+ YT and Instagram channels to drive 500 qualified leads a day
• Hire and onboard content creators and video editors for new channels
• Co-create the content strategy with channel leads and drive daily execution
• Track and monitor metrics to drive daily leads and revenue from YT and IG channels
