What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential partners, startups, and enterprises across industries.
  • Pitch creative brand, recruiting, and people communication solutions to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs.
  • Craft partnership proposals, decks, and solution notes tailored to client objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, HR / TA leaders, and marketing heads.
  • Manage CRM hygiene, follow up proactively, and drive the entire BD cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Represent StrongYes at ecosystem events, webinars, and partnership forums.

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities.
  • Curious about the evolving worlds of media, storytelling, recruiting, and people communication.
  • Confident reaching out to and pitching senior professionals — from founders to HR heads.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where ideas move fast.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated to own revenue outcomes.
  • Someone who thrives in collaborative, creative teams that blend business with storytelling.
  • Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
  • Prior experience in media, HRTech, consulting, or recruiting solutions is a must.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools for lead management.
  • A genuine interest in how companies build culture, communicate brand, and engage talent.
