What You’ll Own
You’ll take full charge of performance-driven campaigns across platforms.
Your daily playground includes :
Google Ads :
Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max
Meta Ads :
Facebook, Instagram (full-funnel objectives)
Your responsibilities :
Build and execute ROI-oriented media strategies for multiple brands.
Run full-funnel campaigns across awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Conduct deep keyword research, audience mapping & competitive analysis.
Track performance daily, optimize aggressively, and scale winners.
Set up A / B tests, creative experiments, landing page tests.
Manage monthly budgets efficiently with zero spillover.
Monitor pixel tracking, events, conversion APIs, and analytics setups.
Collaborate with design, content, and brand teams for ad creatives.
Present weekly performance insights and growth recommendations.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who blends
data obsession + creative instincts .
2–5 years of hands-on Paid Media experience
Strong experience with
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
Understanding of attribution models, tracking, conversion flows
Comfort working on multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to communicate insights in a clear, business-focused way
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (bonus)
