Job description

Competence Minimum 2+ years of working experience as a technical support executiveSound knowledge of Drone Operations and Aerial Data Management.Experience in GIS / Photogrammetry tools (preferred).Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).Strong understanding of data verification and quality assurance processesEducationEducation : B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational CoordinationServe as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all coordination between Project In-charge and onsite teams under guidance of Project In-charge.2 Platform AdministrationManage user access, role assignments, and configuration settings on the deployed software Application / platform.3 Data Verification & Quality AssuranceVerify the quality of all drone-captured raw data and processed outputs and generate the reports from already developed System.4 Issue Tracking & ResolutionRecord and monitor all issues reported by end-users.5 Reporting & DocumentationPrepare periodic operational and performance reports.Maintain updated records of operations, communications, and platform activitiesKnowledgeGood understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and electrical systems / project execution.SkillsExposure to client interaction and requirement gathering.Able to draft technical proposals, based upon raw requirements.
