Job description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for a leading global sportswear brand. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with prior international BPO voice experience to build a rewarding career in customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers of a global sportswear brand.
  • Understand customer concerns, provide effective resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain First Call Resolution (FCR) and deliver a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
  • Escalate issues when required, ensuring timely and accurate support to customers.
  • Follow processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome (any stream).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
