Associate Senior Manager - Pre-Sales (Invitation Team)
About the Role :
- We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Leader to manage our Invitation Team at NxtWave. In this role, you will guide a team of Managers, ABDMs, and Team Leaders who connect with potential learners / parents, qualify leads, and invite them for career guidance sessions or office demos.
- Your main goal will be to ensure that every lead generated is followed up, nurtured, and converted into quality walk-ins for our sales team.
What You'll Do :
Manage the full invitation funnel : lead assignment - first call - pitching - demo invitation - office visit.Coach your team on effective communication, objection handling, and empathy-driven conversations.Monitor daily / weekly targets : calls, invites, walk-ins, conversion ratios.Improve processes with scripts, SOPs, and funnel dashboards.Collaborate with Lead Generation, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and walk-ins.Share insights on customer behavior and ensure consistent performance growth.What We're Looking For :
3-6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Qualification (preferably EdTech / Upskilling / High-ticket B2C).Proven experience managing teams (Managers, ABDMs, TLs).Strong skills in cold calling, pitching, lead nurturing, and objection handling.Fluent English + at least one regional language (Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, etc.).Comfortable with CRM tools and call tracking systems.Highly target-driven, process-oriented, and data-driven.Why Join NxtWave?
