Key Responsibilities
- Manage various administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about the institution
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar of events
- Manage student attendance records and update databases
- Assist with admissions and enrolment processes
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle student and staff records while maintaining confidentiality
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Coordinate with relevant departments for repairs and maintenance
- Manage room bookings and scheduling for meetings or events
- Ensure a clean and organized front office area
- Provide information and guidance regarding academic programs, courses, and enrolment procedures
- Assist with student registrations, fee collection, and issuing receipts
- Address student and parent queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Liaise with faculty and staff to ensure efficient communication
