Salesforce and Jira Integration Administrator

UtilitiesOne is looking for a skilled Salesforce and Jira Integration Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform while also leading the integration of Salesforce with Jira to streamline operations and improve team collaboration.

Your expertise will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective use of Salesforce across departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to users, enabling them to leverage the full potential of the Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the integration of Salesforce with Jira to support ticket tracking, cross-functional workflows, and project management
• Manage and customize Salesforce instances to meet the business needs and goals;
• Configure and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permissions;
• Implement and manage workflows, process automation, and validation rules to streamline processes;
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and customer data;
• Provide ongoing training and support to users, ensuring they can effectively use Salesforce tools;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new features and enhancements;
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements;
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity;
• Assist in data migrations and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance policies
