Salesforce Administrator

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations by ensuring seamless functionality, security, and usability across our Salesforce org. This position requires collaboration with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including configuration, customization, and performance optimization to support evolving business requirements.
• Lead user management processes such as profile setup, permission sets, roles, and security settings to ensure appropriate access and data protection.
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows, process automation, and approval processes using Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and architects to design system enhancements, develop custom solutions, and implement best practices.
• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and custom objects to provide actionable insights to business users and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure efficient adoption of Salesforce features and tools across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
