Dean Learning and Development

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dean of Learning and Development , located in Nagpur. The Dean of Learning and Development will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs, overseeing the development and delivery of curriculum, and ensuring that teaching methods align with institution standards. The Dean will also manage faculty recruitment and training, evaluate educational outcomes, and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement efforts. The role involves collaboration with academic departments to support student learning and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Knowledge of educational assessment and evaluation methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, students, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
• Experience in faculty recruitment and training
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Experience in an educational administrative role is preferred

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra

Only experienced candidates in the Learning and Development domain will be preffered.
