Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our Project Sales team in Pune. The candidate will play a key role in driving project-based sales, building partnerships with design professionals, and expanding Shinex’s footprint in the premium surfaces market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors.
- Identify and convert new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to showcase Shinex’s mosaic solutions.
- Collaborate with design and Sales Coordination team to customize product offerings as per client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals effectively.
- Track market trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development objectives.
- Demonstrate willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).0–3 years of experience in project or B2B sales, preferably in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for design aesthetics.Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
