Main Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
Promote D.B. Group’s integrated logistics solutions, with a focus on Air & Ocean Freight and Contract Logistics.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to define and execute winning strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and international partners to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions for our customers.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with :
A strong track record in business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet ambitious targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
