Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals; conduct market research to identify opportunities; define sales processes and performance metrics.
- Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team; set targets, track progress, and foster collaboration.
- Sales Operations : Oversee daily sales activities; coordinate with marketing and customer service; optimize sales pipelines and implement CRM / tools.
- Customer Management : Understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, lead presentations and negotiations, and support lead generation campaigns.
- Performance & Reporting : Analyze sales data, prepare reports / forecasts, and provide insights for improvement; stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
