Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business growth and market expansion across the northern region (Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana) .
- Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Understand the product portfolio and develop monthly and weekly sales plans for teams and cities.
- Review team performance regularly and ensure high productivity and achievement of business objectives .
- Build and strengthen a high-performing sales team to achieve consistent top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Strategically manage and deploy the sales force across territories to identify new markets and profitable opportunities .
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, offering insights for continuous improvement.
