What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft attractive job descriptions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Track key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality
• Assist in HR Activities for employee engagement, employee issue resolution
