The BPO Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various BPO roles such as Customer Support Executives, Technical Support Agents, Sales Agents and Team Leaders for US and Canada market.The role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle — from understanding client or internal requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for International voice, non-voice, and technical support processes.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on communication skills, experience, and job fit.
Conduct telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with operations or client teams.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
Handle bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitments.
Prepare and share daily / weekly hiring reports with HR and management.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
Stay updated with BPO industry trends and hiring practices.
Key Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of BPO job roles, salary structures, and market trends
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools / ATS
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred)
1–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO setup
Salary Range :
₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Depending on experience and location)
