As a Senior Manager - Employee Relations , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture through strategic initiatives and hands-on management of employee relations. �� Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Own and execute projects related to Employee Value Proposition (EVP) .
• Manage rewards & recognition , performance management , and attrition management .
• Foster employee satisfaction through various initiatives and support activities.
• Resolve conflict situations effectively and maintain positive relationships across teams.
• Conduct investigations and drive resolutions with a focus on fairness and consistency.
• Collaborate with leadership at multiple levels to maintain a positive workplace environment.
