Role Overview :
The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading and scaling our digital marketing function across all business verticals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and demands collaboration across teams, including Product, Sales, Delivery, HR, and Executive Leadership. The role reports directly to the CEO and is based out of our office in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute campaigns for SaaS and healthcare service lines.
- Identify and deploy modern marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Manage the company's digital advertising budget, ensuring that spend is allocated effectively across all channels.
Operational Excellence :
Oversee all digital marketing channels : SEO, SEM, paid media, email, content, automation, and analytics.Own campaign ROI, lead funnel metrics, and customer engagement performance.Optimize website and landing pages for traffic conversion and SEO.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve productivity / outcome.Team Leadership :
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing in-house digital marketing team.Collaborate with external partners and agencies as needed.Drive a culture of innovation, analytics, and accountability.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the CEO and department heads to align marketing goals with business outcomes.Support product launches, brand refreshes, recruitment marketing, and internal communication campaigns.Present performance dashboards and strategic insights to leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years in digital marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS and / or healthcare domains is preferred.Strong command of SEO / SEM, content strategy, marketing automation, performance tracking.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.Looking for professionals who have worked for US Market only.What We Offer :
