Digital Marketing Head - Performance & Analytics Summary The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for defining and executing the entire performance marketing strategy, managing significant acquisition budgets, and ensuring a strong ROI through data-driven campaigns across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Strategy : Develop and lead the strategy for all paid digital marketing channels (SEM, Social, Display, Affiliates, Programmatic) to achieve aggressive customer acquisition and LTV targets.
- Budget Ownership : Manage a multi-crore digital budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and continuous testing of new platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting : Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to attribute marketing spend, optimize campaign performance, and deliver clear, actionable reporting on CAC, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of performance marketers, media buyers, and channel experts.
- Creative Testing : Work closely with the Brand / Content team to establish a rigorous creative testing framework to maximize ad performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
