Experience : 12+years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Diagnostics
Domain Expertise : In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) experience is mandatory.
Industry Background : Must have worked, or be currently working, in an IVD company.

IVD Expertise- Strong experience in Core Labs (clinical chemistry, immunoassay, automation);exposure to APJ marketsstrongly preferred.
Commercial Acumen- Proven ability to manage numbers, craft strategy, and deliver results through KPIs.Execution Focus- Ability to drive initiatives from strategy to implementation;effective in cross-cultural setups.
