ServiceNow Integration Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for four experienced ServiceNow Integration Specialists with strong hands-on expertise in integrating ServiceNow with SAP using Integration Hub, custom connectors, and Event Management. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data flow design, and ServiceNow platform capabilities along with REST APIs, Webhooks etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow - SAP integrations leveraging Integration Hub, custom spokes / connectors, and MID Server where required.
• Work on bi-directional integrations - SAP to ServiceNow and ServiceNow to SAP - ensuring smooth and reliable data exchange.
• Configure and manage Event Management, including alert rules, connectors, event mapping, and correlation rules.
• Collaborate with SAP and ServiceNow functional / technical teams to analyze business requirements and deliver robust integration solutions.
• Develop and manage custom connectors, REST / SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and data transformations within ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot integration-related issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
• Maintain documentation for integration design, data mappings, and process flows.
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.
