Analyzing business requirements to architect effective solutions that enhance functionality and performanceLeading and mentoring technical teams in solution development and implementationIntegrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and ensuring seamless data flowOverseeing and managing customization of the platform while maintaining best practices.
