Customer Service Executive | PolicyEra

Location : Bhandup (Central Suburbs, Mumbai)

Compensation : ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in customer service or client management

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who is proactive, empathetic, and highly organized. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams — ensuring every customer receives a seamless and satisfying experience through timely communication, issue resolution, and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Handle client queries efficiently via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Conduct site visits as required to provide personalized support and resolve issues.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Data & Process Management

  • Maintain detailed records of all client communications, issues, and resolutions.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights on customer service performance and feedback.
  • Collaboration & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for improving service quality and customer experience.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to strengthen client management processes.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client management, or a related domain (insurance industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common customer service tools / software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude .
  • Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
