Job description

Experience :

Minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a proven track record in a solution design or architect role.
Demonstrated experience in delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Expertise :

In-depth knowledge of core ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, and custom application development (App Engine).

Strong background in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).

Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations (Integration Hub, REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, SSO).

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Certifications :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in multiple product suites (e.g., ITSM, HRSD) are highly preferred.

ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) is highly beneficial.

Soft Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

A collaborative and influential team player with the ability to lead and mentor others.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
