About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Employee Flows, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and the ability to design, build, and implement end-to-end automated workflows across ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement Employee Flows using Flow Designer, Journey Accelerator, and Employee Center Pro.
Configure and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
Build custom catalog items, scoped applications, and workflow automations.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST / SOAP APIs, JDBC, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance policies.

Must-Have Skills :

7+ years of ServiceNow development (Dev + Admin).

Strong experience in HRSD + Employee Flows / Employee Center.

Flow Designer & IntegrationHub expertise.

Proven ability in REST / SOAP integrations with external systems.

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

Hands-on with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, Scoped Apps.

Certifications : CSA, CAD, CIS (HRSD / ITSM / App Engine) preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics.

CI / CD tools (Git, Jenkins) with ServiceNow.

Exposure to CSM, ITOM, GRC, or SecOps modules.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to lead discussions and work independently.
