About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Employee Flows, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and the ability to design, build, and implement end-to-end automated workflows across ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Employee Flows using Flow Designer, Journey Accelerator, and Employee Center Pro.
- Configure and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
- Build custom catalog items, scoped applications, and workflow automations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST / SOAP APIs, JDBC, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance policies.
Must-Have Skills :
7+ years of ServiceNow development (Dev + Admin).Strong experience in HRSD + Employee Flows / Employee Center.Flow Designer & IntegrationHub expertise.Proven ability in REST / SOAP integrations with external systems.ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).Hands-on with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, Scoped Apps.Certifications : CSA, CAD, CIS (HRSD / ITSM / App Engine) preferred.Good-to-Have Skills :
Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics.CI / CD tools (Git, Jenkins) with ServiceNow.Exposure to CSM, ITOM, GRC, or SecOps modules.Soft Skills :
