Hiring for "Senior Relationship Manager-Healthcare & Education" in a leading Bank.

To acquire, manage, and grow relationships with clients from the Healthcare and Education segments — including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, schools, and colleges — by offering banking products and solutions that meet their business and financing needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new clients from the Healthcare and Education sectors.
- Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, references, and business associations.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable banking products such as term loans, working capital, CMS, trade finance, and digital banking solutions.
2. Relationship Management
Maintain and deepen existing client relationships to drive wallet share.Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews to understand business performance and needs.Ensure high client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.3. Credit & Risk Management
Assess creditworthiness of clients in coordination with the credit team.Prepare and present credit proposals as per bank policy.Monitor portfolio performance and ensure asset quality by tracking early warning signals.4. Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation
Drive fee income through sale of value-added products like insurance, forex, treasury, and digital solutions.Collaborate with product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and internal control purposes.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Business Management.4–10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably handling Healthcare and Education clients.Strong understanding of working capital, term loans, and banking products.Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management.
