We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Success Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our healthcare services team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive service adoption, and ensure exceptional customer experience for VoicesForVictory.com users throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management :
- Build and maintain relationships with VoicesForVictory.com users
- Provide personalized healthcare guidance and support
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant healthcare services and premium features
- Co-ordinate for institutional sales, including corporates, housing societies, malls & exhibitions
Healthcare Coordination :
Make reminder calls for blood tests, doctor appointments, and health screeningsConduct post-appointment follow-ups to ensure satisfactionAssist users with appointment scheduling and service navigationCustomer Success :
Onboard new users and resolve service-related queriesMaintain detailed CRM records of user interactions and appointmentsGather feedback to improve platform servicesRequirements
Experience & Education :
Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or healthcare servicesBachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Pharmacy. Marketing, or related fieldSkills :
