We're looking for an Executive - Club to assist management with administrative tasks and ensure smooth front desk operations. This role is key to providing a professional and friendly experience for all visitors, handling inquiries, and managing essential office functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a background in hospitality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative Support :
- Report to management and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Handle inquiries and sort mail.
- Copy, scan, and file documents efficiently.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders for replacements as needed.
- Communication & Coordination :
- Answer phone calls and forward calls to respective departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills .Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Professional and friendly demeanor.Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in hospitality and hotel administration or a related course.Front desk experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.Skills Required
