What you will do : In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth operations across the company. Your responsibilities will include :

• This role is responsible for overseeing key company operations to ensure seamless functioning across multiple departments, primarily Business Operations, Sales, Design, and Marketing .
• Responsibilities include working closely with the sales team on CRM management , lead allocation , sales list distribution , assessing manpower availability, maintaining updated records, and handling end-to-end business operations .
