Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Intern to manage and grow our IndiaMART channel. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, vendors and internal teams, and learning the dynamics of online B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication on IndiaMART.
- Respond to retail and bulk inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Forward qualified leads to management for closure.
- Update product listings and track inquiry data.
- Learn lead management and conversion techniques in B2B e-commerce.
Who Can Apply
