Master Machining Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Machining Specialist to create and optimize machining programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, writing, and testing CNC programs for various machines.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and refine CNC programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
Select the right cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
Perform quality inspections and support production with technical expertise.
Maintain accurate documentation and program archives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Machining Specialist (2-3 years preferred).

Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks).

Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and machine operations.

Familiarity with various materials and their properties.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills :

CAM software proficiency.

G-code and M-code expertise.

Machine operations knowledge.

Materials familiarity.

Engineering drawing interpretation.
