Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedules at the plant
  • Oversee Plant Maintenance and Machine Shop Maintenance activities
  • Manage Spare Part Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Cost Control
  • Plan for Critical Spares to avoid downtime
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) focusing on zero leakage at the shop floor and implementation of 5S practices
  • Manage Hydraulic and Pneumatics Maintenance operations
  • Monitor and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) metrics

Required Candidate Profile :

  • Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Mechanical (Full Time)
  • Experience : 13-15+ years in maintenance roles, preferably in plant / industrial environments
