Testing Engineer (Runoff) - Injection Moulding

We are seeking a proactive Testing Engineer to join the Run-off Team, specializing in Injection Moulding . The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience testing injection moulding machines and will be responsible for testing machines according to customer and design specifications, improving productivity, and contributing to overall operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Testing and Quality Assurance : Test IMM (Injection Moulding Machines) based on customer requirements and design specifications.
• Process Improvement : Carry out improvement activities, including 5S and Gemba monitoring, to align with business needs. You will also do Kaizen activities to improve products and reduce costs.
• Documentation and Maintenance : Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and run-off procedures as needed. You will also maintain run-off instruments and make Part Deviation Forms (PDF) .
• Team and People Management : Help trainee engineers and juniors with troubleshooting and revise check sheets regularly.
• Productivity : Drive productivity improvements to meet yearly targets through process enhancements.
