CNC Programmer

The purpose of the role is to ensure timely production of parts as per the planning and directions of the production plan

Work You ll Do :

• Reading and interpreting design models.
• Experience with computer modeling software like NX Software, Autocad.
• Good Exposure of 3D programming 5 Axis of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, Mill turn, Turn mill.
• Create programs to produce quality parts maximizing and maintaining efficiency.
• Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
• Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
• Computer literate in ERP, MS office.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, work orders to determine optimal tooling and machine processes.
• Independently setup and operate multiple machines to quality standards.
