Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AD – US IT Recruitment to lead and drive end-to-end IT recruitment for US operations for one of our major BPO Client in Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively engage in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment for US roles.
• Ability to start as a sourcing expert and evolve into a full-desk recruiter managing clients and
• candidates.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of US recruiters and sourcers.
• Scale the team from 10 to 50+, based on business needs. Set and monitor performance metrics, productivity standards, targets, and KPIs.
• Ensure strong collaboration through a 2-in-a-box model with onsite US recruiters.
• Utilize modern ATS, sourcing tools, automation platforms, and AI-based solutions to improve
• efficiency.
• Drive a “do more with less” mindset across the team.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to increase recruiter productivity.
• Work closely with US onsite partners to align on hiring strategies, updates, and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular reporting, analytics, and insights for leadership decision-making.
